ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders received Monday-Friday BEFORE 2:00PM are shipped SAME DAY! Orders received after 2:00PM, Monday-Saturday are shipped the next business day (excludes Sunday as we're closed spending time with our families!). Orders received after 2:00PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are mailed the following business day i.e. Monday.

Please note that although Priority Mail is usually received within 1-3 days, it does vary by location, hereas Priority Express is usually received within 1 day. Some rural/small town areas may require 2 day delivery timeframes due to USPS delivery limitations.

RETURN POLICY

At Prissy Lady Virgin Hair, we believe in fair and ethical business practices to best create a WIN-WIN solution for both you (customer) and us (Prissy Lady)! Because we're a team! Therefore, we offer a convenient EXCHANGE ONLY RETURN POLICY (excluding clearance and custom orders). For details, review our 'Exchange Policy' below.

Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture and quality are as desired. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show it to your stylist for a second opinion.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your unused hair bundles, simple exchange your Prissy Lady Virgin Hair at any of our locations or via mail (address below) within 15 days with proof of purchase (excluding clearance and custom orders). Exchanges will be offered if the product has NOT been installed, tampered with, seal broken, hair washed, hair dyed or any other alterations to the hair that would not allow for resell. We adhere to these strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 3 business days for inspection and processing upon receipt of your hair. Please note, the product must be sent back at your own expense.

Three (3) Step Exchanges:

  1. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.
  1. You must send the product back to us (at your expense...we recommend USPS Priority Mail FLAT RATE which costs only $6.85) in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product must be sent back to:

  1. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused and in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. If you receive the wrong product or a different length or color than selected on your order, please call (770) 943-4744 for our staff to exchange your product for the correct item(s).
